| Chairman and CEO Prior to founding EIM in 1988, Mike Covell was Vice President of Ancillary Sales at Hal Roach Studios. In this position, he developed new sources of revenue for the studio's vast library of features and shorts while actively acquiring new product for distribution to the non-theatrical markets. Mike also spent 12 years at Trans Com (now Rockwell Collins), the leader in the airline entertainment systems, where, as Director of Airline Programming, he was responsible for the acquisition of all entertainment programming for over 50 airlines worldwide. Mike began his long career at MGM in New York, working his way up to Director of Non-Theatrical Sales. He is a long standing member and founder of the World Airline Entertainment Association. |
